Red Rocks Spiked Cocoa
If you love hot cocoa, you'll love it more with some whiskey in it.


MAKE IT!
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Red Rocks Cut Cask Whiskey
You can use any hot cocoa mix made with milk or follow the following cocoa recipe:
1 cup milk
1-2 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder to taste
1-2 Tbsp powdered sugar to taste
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate chips (optional for richer flavor)
pink of salt (optional)
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Marshmallows, whipped cream, and/or candy cane for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Make cocoa mix with milk or:
In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, chocolate chips, salt, and cinnamon until hot and blended.
Pour in a mug and add Red Rocks Cut Cask Whiskey and stir.
Top with your favorite goodies and pretend you’re apres skiing in a chalet somewhere.
