MAKE IT!

Ingredients

    1 oz Red Rocks Cut Cask Whiskey

    ¾ oz Aperol

    ¾ oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia

    ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

    Ice

    Lemon twist (optional, for garnish)

Directions

    Add the Red Rocks Cut Cask, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and fresh lemon juice to the cocktail shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake like you’ve just won the lottery until the outside of the shaker is frosty cold.

    Strain the mixture into your gorgeous glass to remove any bibs and bobs.

    Garnish with a lemon twist. 

    *Extra points for chilling the glass in the freezer while you’re making the drink.
